About Our Timnath Home Bakery
Meet Dionne, better known as “Nonnie,” the heart behind Tid•bits. A proud mom of four and Nonnie to four sweet grandbabies, Dionne has always found joy in creating meaningful moments through baking. What began as weekend cookie traditions with her children has grown into a home bakery built on love, family, and homemade goodness.
Colorado holds a very special place in Dionne’s heart, and one of her favorite parts of owning Tid•bits is connecting with the local community through something sweet. She believes the best memories are made around the table, and nothing brings people together quite like homemade treats made with care.
At Tid•bits, every dessert is handcrafted in her kitchen using thoughtfully selected, high-quality ingredients because Dionne believes that when you start with better ingredients, you create something not only more delicious, but made with greater intention. Every recipe has been perfected over years of baking for the people she loves most, from her children to her grandchildren, who still happily serve as her favorite taste testers.
From the comforting smell of warm butter and vanilla to the joy of sharing something homemade with others, baking has always been about more than desserts for Dionne. It is about creating connection, celebrating life’s sweetest moments, and sharing a little bit of love in every bite.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes — gluten-free baking is half of what we do, including Country White sandwich bread, banana bread, and brownies made with dedicated gluten-free equipment. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy, reach out before ordering and we'll talk through what's safe.
How far ahead do I need to place an order?
Please allow at least 72 hours for standard orders. For weddings, parties, or large custom orders, a week or more is better — popular dates fill up fast.
Where do I pick up my order?
Preorders are picked up by porch in Timnath Ranch once your order and payment are confirmed. You can also find us at the Mountain View Seasonal Market Farm Stand, Wednesday through Saturday.
Do you deliver?
Not right now — pickup only. If you're in Timnath, Fort Collins, Windsor, or Loveland and need something special, ask and we'll see what we can work out.
Are your ingredients organic?
We bake with organic flour and thoughtfully selected, high-quality ingredients in everything we make — that's the whole idea behind Tidbits: healthy and delicious in the same bite.
